Sam is not just any coach; she's the brains behind all the fun and fitness at our gym. She's like the captain of a fitness ship, guiding everyone to their best selves.

But wait, there's more!

Sam isn't just about lifting weights and doing burpees; she's also a nutrition consultant. That means she knows all the awesome ways to keep your body fueled up and ready for action while helping you lose the inches and adding muscles (if you want!).

JILL NIETO

Jill is a dedicated CrossFit Coach passionate about transforming lives through fitness. Your journey to strength and resilience starts with personalized training, unwavering support, and a commitment to unlocking your full potential.

She has been Coaching for 5 years, with an athletic background in competitive sports and performance. She is a mother to her 10-year-old daughter, a student, and a mindset enthusiast. She believes the physical transformation CrossFit delivers is just the byproduct of the lifestyle and mindset transformation CrossFit provides.


As a CrossFit Coach she will guide you through dynamic and challenging workouts that push your limits and unleash your full athletic potential. Outside of group classes she thrives on 1:1 coaching session, spending time working through foundations, technique, body mechanics and the nutrition components. She will guide you through your warmups, skills, strategy, and stimulus of the workout, helping you feel comfortable and confident going into your CrossFit class.

Beyond the physical realm, she is also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, specializing in mindset transformation and mental resilience. Her expertise and extensive training in Hypnotherapy allows her to address not just the body, but the mind – the epicenter of true transformation.

BRAD RIVERA

My friend Sammers had just taken over a gym and I decided I needed to make a life change. I was overweight and struggled to do things like tie my shoes or even jog 100m. I honestly figured joining a CrossFit gym was either the way to fix my problems, or make me realize I had no business exercising any more.

My sister had been trying to get me to join CrossFit for years and I was one of those that was seriously intimidated by the sport. I came to a 5a class and was welcomed wholeheartedly by everyone. I fell in love with the community right then and there and told Sammers I didn’t need a week to try it out, I wanted to sign up then and there.

I had no inkling at the time that I would ever want to join the coaching staff here - I’d never had any aspirations to coach or thoughts that I’d enjoy it, but the coaches and several members told me they thought I’d do great and I took a leap of faith. I haven’t had a more rewarding job in my life. Getting to help lift up the members here (they are family to me) brings me the greatest joy I could ask for. Took me 48 years to figure out what I needed in my life!

MICHELLE KIDWELL

Meet Michelle! She's a wife, mother of 1, Army Veteran and former gymnast turned competitive CrossFit athlete. She joined CrossFit in 2017, having never touched a barbell before and not knowing what to expect. After her first class, where she learned to deadlift for the first time, she was hooked and started coming to class 5x a week!! CrossFit helped her fall in love with fitness and learn to love herself more too.

Through pregnancy/childbirth, COVID, major injury and weight fluctuations, Michelle can confidently say that CrossFit has changed her life and she wouldn't be who she is without it. Now, 7 years later, she has 6 years of coaching under her belt, with most of that being intro classes or 1:1 personal training for brand new athletes.

1ST COLUMN

She currently coaches the Onboarding CrossFit class at TGP Tues/Thurs evenings at 6pm, where we focus on form and building confidence in preparation for joining the rest of the classes. She is also available for 1:1 coaching, for brand new athletes getting started as well as for our veterans who have specific goals they want to meet and anyone in between.

Michelle is also an experienced gymnast who is always ready (and excited) to teach people handstands, so don't hesitate to ask!

Michelle says "I hope to see you at the gym soon! But never earlier than 8:30 for me, I'm NOT an early morning person."

SARAH CAGLEY

My name is Sarah, and I love food and fitness! It is my mission to make you feel at home in the gym environment. It can be intimidating at first, but I will always strive to make you feel seen, heard, and safe in the gym environment. Working out is not as daunting as it may seem. A little bit goes a long way in fitness, and consistency is key.

I spent over a decade in the culinary industry learning about food and food science. Food and nutrition, coupled with the science of fitness, are my great loves and sources of passion. I understand what it means to overwork your body to the point of chronic pain and injury. Through fitness and nutrition, I was able to overcome my bodily ailments. Fitness, to me, is a form of active meditation.

It is my goal to educate and inspire others to learn about their nutrition and how fundamental it is to fitness. I am a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach as well as a Pilates instructor. I implement the six principles of Pilates in all my programming: concentration, control, centering, breathing, precision, and flow. I am also well versed in mind-body connection, diaphragmic breathing, kettlebell programming, and I specialize in endurance training.

I like to have fun in the gym, so I am prone to dancing and being a bit of a ham. If I can make you smile and feel fulfilled in your workout, then it is a good day! It takes only 10 muscles to smile and 64 muscles to frown!
